Change Recovery Rates

Change the damn recovery rates for characters. Especially ones that are boosted in PVP or essential in PVE.

You've forced us to play the game every 2 hours and 24 minutes in PVE if we want to maintain our standing to get new covers. Yet the recovery rates are atrocious and given scaling and the enemy selection, health packs disappear quickly. The maximum number of health packs that can regenerate assuming perfect timing is 4 in that 2 hours and 24 minutes.

It's absurd that the 35 minute health pack timer hasn't been changed post the "true healing" **** (and equally ridiculous that you keep releasing characters with heals - Beast is the worst character in the game by far) and it's also absurd that black panther, who is boosted in this PVE, needs hours to remotely heal. That means being forced to use a health pack to keep going.

We get it, you want people to spend money on health packs (and stop with the **** company line that that isn't a goal, because nobody is buying that anymore) but stop being such greedy pigs about it.
