So is the forum just entering "complain about anything Heroic Juggs related no matterwhat" mode now? Because the prize structure is exactly the same as it was in the Blade PvE.

Isn't that normal for pves? I think that prize structure has been in place for a while.

Yeah I went to delete this but you already replied. I just hate this structure for getting 2 covers. Guess I'm too used to the PVP structure that every time I see a PVE, I get very sad. But yes, we should do hate heroics posts for days when they run them. Maybe they'll get the point eventually??? Yeah, I doubt it too.

I thought at one point it's only top 100 getting 3* at all and now it's top 150 but they moved the 2/3 cover reward higher up so that the total number of covers given out is the same?

While I don't like this structure, I'd think this would be better for the guys complaining about how this event sucks since it's still considerably easier to shoot for just top 150 versus top 100 which is all you need to ensure you have a character to use for the next essential. There hasn't been a new 3* character that had a significant impact on the metagame for a long time so I don't see why you'd want to bet the trend is changing.
