last gauntlet award

So I started the last node of the gauntlet last night with about 5 min or so remaining. I finished it, but apparently not before the official end of the event, because I got an iso reward for finishing the node, but not the blue Black Panther cover for finishing the gauntlet, which is what I was after.

Now I can understand why there would be a strict cutoff time for pvp events, since you could cause a delay in tallying up scores for rewards, but I feel like there should be a grace period, even if it's only 5 - 10 minutes, for the gauntlet since no one else is being affected by someone squeezing one last round in before it ends.

Is there some other reason for the strict cutoff time that I'm not considering? And can I haz my blue Black Panther cover??

    If you missed the cutoff for the event ending, you shouldn't have gotten the ISO, I don't think (?), so I would send a ticket -- either way I'd send a ticket, though try to be patient, with the whole Alliance thing going on, I can only imagine the amount of tickets they having going on.
