A compendium of levelling and roster help

Hey Guys !!! one thing I've noticed about this particular subsection of the forum is it is littered by a ton of different levelling and roster help questions. So i was thinking as a quick fix to sort of make sure theres not a stream of similar posts, much like the alliance recruiting subsections. The idea is simple, anyone with roster help or levelling questions posts it here and it is responded to and the next person then post there's. As a rule to make sure things don't get chaotic, you can only post your questions after the previous one has been responded to. The penalty for overlooking this rule should be that the person who did not follow its question is overlooked. Upvote this thread if you guys think this is a good idea if you prefer people making their own individual posts however just don't reply to this post so it is not bumped and is eventually pushed down.
To get things started I'd like to ask a question on my own roster and see who you guys think i should level, my roster is the following:

Ones I would level, or what I would do in your position

The Hulk 5/3/4 lvl 120, strong black, frustrating to play against
Captain America 3 star 0/5/5 lvl 105 ability to overwrite CD tiles is great, damage with red is good, shield tile left after blue is good
2 star Daken 5/5/3 lvl 83 ability to heal himself in prologue is great
3 star Thor 1/3/5 lvl 82 I think he is seen as one of the better players once covered well enough
Sentry 2/3/3 lvl 102 Sentry bombing is awesome
Falcon 4/5/2 lvl 115 Redwing is sweet, inspiration makes him a decent partner if you have someone generating strike tiles

No rush to level
IM 40 5/3/2 lvl 121 yellow does come in handy, but red and blue too expensive
