Health Packs in Daily Resupply

I received my daily resupply today. Lo and behold, I got three health packs. However, I didn't realize that I still had health packs regenerating. When I went to use a health pack, I had 6 total. So I got ripped off by two health packs. Please figure out a way to fix this or take health packs out of resupply. I shouldn't have my resupply overwrite something that was going to regen anyway.
