Roster Advice

Im sitting on 90k ISO and I have no idea what to do with it.

I also have a X Force Wolverine untouched at level 70 that I just got to 3/4/1. Im just wondering if there's anything I should invest some ISO in that might be useful to me at this point that Im not seeing. Patch is my work horse in PvP I usually pair him with OBW, Spidey, or IM40 depending on who's featured and how I feel like playing. I have some 2* characters that are low level that would be more useful like Daken, MN Mags, and M. Hawkeye but I hesitate to do it since 3* > 2* for the most part. If I had huge somes of hero points or cash Id fully cover C Mags and The Hood and dump the ISO there but without their optimal setups it doesn't seem worth it at this point. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'd just keep hoarding Iso for now.

You already have a few well-covered 3*s, and the only decent Iso recipients I see are, as you mentioned, 2* Daken and MHawkeye, which are 2*s.

Daken, for his passive True Healing as a climbing partner for Patch.
MHawkeye, because his new Speed Shot is quite good, especially when paired with MN Mags in PVE (whose purple can create blue match-5s to trigger Speed Shot).

I just thought i'd resurrect my topic here to ask a question. I'm trying to improve my standing in PvP. These last 3 or 4 events I've barely been able to eeek out a top 50 finish and I'm wondering if there's anything I could do now that would help me fend off would be attackers. Currently I end up running Patch + Spidey, Punisher or IM40. Would taking one of them up to 166 be any help? My other question is recently I got X Force to 4/5/1. Would it be worth putting ISO into him?

I think a 4/5/1 X-Force is worth leveling, but I'd only level him if you can push him to ~L200. A fifth adds quite a bit of damage, but 5-cover is the real key to X-Force's awesomeness.

Choosing a partner for him from your roster is kinda tough,. You can't pair him with Patch, Punisher has too much color overlap, IM40 will feel especially slow compared to XF, and I frankly don't play Spidey. OBW would probably be your best candidate for now, since she and XF have no color overlap on active abilities.

I would actually suggest Doom to help accelerate Surgical Strike, and you have blue AP outlet in the LT PvP.

Thanks for the advice. If there was any possibility of me getting to 1300 for that Green X Force cover I would try but, I know there's no chance without some crazy shield hopping. I obviously dont have the team for that yet. I will start putting Iso into X-Force. I'll be getting a 2nd yellow cover from the daily rewards soon so I'd be very close to getting him fully covered. Kind of crazy considering how far I still need to take some of my other characters. I like that Doom suggestion. Im definitely going to give that a try.
