Changing PvE
I seem to be in the minority of players who prefered the PvE that they tried out a few weeks ago. The one where you had the blue BP cover reward at the end of completing all the nodes. You didn't need to re-play the same sh**ty nodes over and over to get in the top 50 and get your reward. I really think current PvE is a dreadful mechanic, wouldn't it make more sense to have the new PvE format instead?

There were a lot of people that really loved the Gauntlet. I would expect it to make another appearance in one or more forms in the future.0

I liked the first half of it, it got difficult, but manageable. It got pretty ridiculous pretty quickly on the second half. If I use my best team against a mid-range PVE node and lose six teams, that's not bad luck; that's poor scaling.0

Gauntlet is one type of PVE. It's an awesome change of pace. However, I like the story PVE's as well despite their flaws. I keep hoping for new stories, but at last there has been more re-runs that Seinfeld on TBS.0

Which is what we see with ALL events (well, not quite all). For Gauntlet, I scaled to mid/high 300s which seemed pretty common even for lower rosters. That was crazy difficult for me and I was only successful every third/fourth time on the tough nodes. On the other hand, in the PVE that just ended (Unstable Iso-8) I was scaled to 395 by day 4, while there were people with 1*/2* rosters seeing low 100s. Neither of those scalings is "fair" in that one worked over the low rosters while the other bent over the high end rosters. There has got to be a happy medium.0 -

Hmmm. More Gauntlet-type Events in the near future? Not a bad idea...0 -

Gauntlet was a great concept.
I could not complete all the nodes, but then I am not a top player so seems legit to me.
More importantly I had fun, I was arranging my character combos to match nodes, tons of them were like solving a puzzle (albeit one with a little luck involved).
it was out of the box, devs took a chance and I think overall response was good, what a delight,0 -

Yes yes! With just SLIGHTLY dialed back scaling pretty please.
And since I asked nicely, 4-star Squirrel Girl as the reward. Deadpool would agree that she's a dangerous hero!0 -
Instead of randomly guessing how hard a node has to be for a 4* roster versus a 2* or anything else, just apply a Balance of Power type boost to everyone's roster with static difficulty nodes. That way the worst case that can happen is having the event renamed as Headbutt Special like what happened in Balance of Power, and you can certainly do better if the buff to characters made sense (like Combined Arms).0

PVP needs ranking as it means Player vs Player but when you are doing Player vs Environment why are we being ranked among other players again .. sorry for my poor english but I hope u get the gist of it ..0

I feel they should start retiring the format of PvE we have now and focus more on a progression based challenge.
I equate PvE to Story/Campaign Mode, with PvE events just being time limited missions. Getting your rewards from PvE should be a challenge to see who can survive to the end, not a grinding competition between players.
They should keep the events we have now, but place them as a permanent part of the Prologue.0 -

There was actually overwhelmingly positive feedback for that event. Would be awesome to have similar style PvE - with a focus on Environment - events in the future.0
