PvP event where you bump 1 2 * to a 3 *

An event much like the Balance of power but instead of bumping 1 2 and 3 stars to 250 only bump 1 2 star character 72 levels (difference between 94 and 166) and leave everything else as is. A lower number could work too.

The point is for that for most characters their 3 * (if it exists) is very different than their 2 * and you get to see how they'd perform as a rare character. It also does a small amount of balancing rather than the wholesale upgrade of everything to 250.

Opponent teams created this way could get quite strange (although facing down a level 166 Ares isn't something I'd look forward to LOL). We need events that don't just force you to work around 1 useless (most of the time) character and instead encourage the creation of very different teams.
