PVE and PVP rewards that keep going

The recent trend seems to be to have a solid 3-start prize that is awarded for a point total that feels pretty reachable for almost any player who gives PVE any kind of time during each set of offered nodes. What that means is that many of us are forced to continue grinding on the event nodes long after the progression awards have dried up. Does that have to be the case:

Would it be possible to include some kind of repeating or iterating prize in PVE after the 3-star progression card has been earned? Depending on the event (take Unstable ISO which is currently running). The last progression award was for 40,000 in event score... I (and many others) are already 25,000 beyond that score; grinding away for 2-star covers which we may or may not win. (Though this post isn't meant to be about how *super* fulfilling that sometimes feels.)

Examples of a repeating prize:
Every 10,000 points beyond the 40,000 cap some recurring prize.. 250ISO for example.
50k = 250 ISO
60K = 250 ISO
and so on..

Or on alternating prize:
Every odd 10k beyond 40k is 250 ISO, and every even 10k beyond 40k is 25HP.
50k = 250 ISO
60k = 25 HP
70k = 250 ISO
80k = 25 HP
and so on...

Ooh, or a progressive prize:
Every 10k beyond 40k the ISO prize increases by an additional 250.
50k = 250 ISO
60k = 500 ISO
70k = 750 ISO
and so on up

The rewards could even be smaller than these... 100 ISO or 10 HP increments in any of the examples. Just some kind of carrot for those of us to have already claimed all of the available rewards from progression *and* replaying the map nodes.

The same could be applied to PVP rewards beyond the 1300 point progression. I realize the XMen don't need prizes to push over 2000, but maybe a little something extra (beyond a sense of accomplishment) for the mere mortals among us.
