Hello,

Some of you may have noticed that we recently added a new FAQ to Marvel Puzzle Quest. You can find it in-game by selecting the gear icon from the Chapter Select screen - then by clicking on the "Help" button. You can also access it here: http://d3publisher.helpshift.com/a/marvel-puzzle-quest/ .

We're always aiming to improve the game and we hope this is a step in the right direction for new players (or even MPQ veterans) looking for a bit of advice or assistance.

If you have any suggestions for Questions/Answers we can add to the FAQ do please let us know. We need to keep the text fairly short and sweet (due to space limitations and language translation requirements) but there's definitely room to grow the knowledgebase.

*Important note: when selecting the "Contact Us" option - please carefully and correctly enter your email address and Player Name before hitting "Send." We'll be improving the Contact feature in future updates (with auto-filling text), but until then, make sure you've provided your email and Player Name correctly so that Customer Service can help you in a timely manner.

Thank you for your continuing feedback!

I just checked it out. It's pretty neat, and it's helpful for the players who don't know about the forum and can't come here to access our veritable treasure trove of knowledge icon_e_smile.gif The questions are relevant and the answers are informative.
All around a nice little addition.
  • You may want some sort of notification it is there though. alot of players don't go into their settings page.
  • I don't see it in Steam version. Not that I need it though. Pressing help brings up e-mailing support outside the game.

Or label it "FAQ." I didn't find it even after you said where to look. Took three times.

I think you should add some info on player characters taking the front position after making a match with their symbol on it, explaining match damage in general, and giving basic pointers on crafting a rounded team, color-wise.

    Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Yes, unfortunately, the FAQ is only for mobile devices and not the PC.

The button is labeled "Help" as it also offers a contact/email option in addition to the FAQ. Maybe "Help/FAQ" might be better (if it remains readable).

Adding info on tile matching and the like is a good idea.
