Hi I am a new player, three weeks playing the game, but am currently sitting at 69K in Unstable PvE
My PvP is weaker because I only have a couple of strong characters

in the iso pve currently 60000
in teh current pvp 90, normally gets in the top 200 of pvp, so i need to be in the top 100 to have 3 * covers!
i'm everyday player quite active, transitioning 2 to 3 *, 7 max 2* and i have 34 slots, but i dont get enought 3* covers to max out...
