Storm Modern - Training stuck at 4.

I've got covers to upgrade Storm Moderns powers.
But the first two are at 4/5 trained, but state that training is maxed. Why list it at 4/5 if you can't get 5? New update has broken the game. Will be looking for a large refund from the store if not corrected.

    Not broken, powers max at at 13 total so if you have 4/4/5 that equals 13. icon_e_smile.gif

    There's an ability max cap that many people never knew of because it would have taken over 50 covers to reach it with the old system.

    You cannot max all your abilities. You have 13 levels you can distribute among your abilities. 5/4/4, 5/5/3, you get the picture.
