Change charged tiles AP/dmg

Current Charged Tiles:
Damage 3X
AP 3X

Proposed:
Damage 4X
AP 2X

Rationale:
1. Charged Tiles give too much AP.
Charged AP tiles are going to break the game at 3X AP. Considering how many charged tiles are created, particularly with Thor's Blue Power Surge, this will lead to a huge easy funneling of bluetile.pngredtile.pngyellowtile.png when combined with other character's powers which can gather AP, particularly Hood's Twin Pistol's or any of CMag's abilities.

2. Charged tiles damage is still weak.
The benefit of matching a charged tile is 3X damage for that one tile. For a typical match 3, that's the equivalent of 5 tiles vs 3, 167% -> a 67% damage increase. You could get that with a couple of middling strike tiles, and it wouldn't be one use. Matching 2 gives us 7/3 damage, 133% increase.

If we changed a matched tile damage to 4X, the total would be 200% base damage for a match 3 with one charged tiles.
300% base dmg for a match 3 with two charged tiles.
400% base dmg for a match 3 with three charged tiles.
Much easier to figure out, and much more rewarding, particularly for a one-use type tile.

I doubt this issue will get much traction until Thors and Gambits are roaming about freely, but it'd be nice to deal with the issue early on before people get too attached to the current powers.
