Looking for some advice about roster management

Hey everyone, I know there are lots of threads like this already in this forum, but I'd prefer to not hijack someone else's thread, so here is a new one. I've been playing this game for just over a month now, and I'd like some help with managing my roster. I've been exclusively using HP to buy roster slots (except those 50HP Anniversary deals : nothing too exciting from those but a Fury and two Dinos). I'm on 31 roster slots, so any new ones currently cost 400HP each.

As cMags is expiring in less than 24 hours, I just wanted some advice about what I should drop and keep for the 3*s in my rewards. I'll probably get enough HP from the PvE to grab another slot I guess. I'm also curious about where I should be investing ISO atm, or just saving all the ISO I have (about 19k currently). Any obvious respecs I need to make as well?

Your 1* guys are all expendable, as is Moonstone, Bullseye, and probably Captain America. That's 5 slots right there.

Since you have Thor and Daken maxed already, you should max Torch right away to make that your premier 2* team. That composition is very strong (remember to position Thor ahead of Torch so Thor tanks red and green). OBW is next on the max list after Torch, her utility is amazing.

(note that Torch and OBW are both boosted in the current PvE)

After that, it really depends on which 2*s are featured for PvE. Some guys like Wolverine don't get much play normally, but when boosted in PvE can single-handedly carry you when maxed.

Drop all 1* (Maybe keep Jugs for BoP and CA when they come around).
Drop Moonstone and Bullseye.

I think you will have enough space for to recruit all you covers waiting. If not, you can also drop Cap** (But keep in mind that he is boosten often in PVE). Do not delete any of the covers that you have waiting. I am also at 31 slots and I only have Jugs as a 1*, which I will to delete if some 3* that I want to keep pops up.

EDIT: I dropped 2* cap, but I'm not too sure what other cut to make. I'll probably get enough HP from the PvP and PvE ending to grab another roster slot, but that still leaves me with one character to get rid of.
