I can't get back into my game account!! HELP!!!

I had a high score on the venom verses and I had just spend money on extra coins to get better characters and more slots for more characters on my iPhone MPQ, that was NOT linked to my Facebook, but I have s seperate account I used less on my iPad that was linked to FB, I accidentally linked my iPhone account with FB and it erased my ShinyX account with all my good characters and lost the 50. I spent and all the game play. I want to keep both accounts! One on my iPad that's linked to FB and I want to log back into my ShinyX account on my phone!!! My phone is logged out of FB but still signed in my shinynix account and not my ShinyX account with all my earned rewards and characters. I'm so frustrated!!! I emailed about this and haven't heard back, I love this game, but if this isn't fixed or anyone get back to me I'm just going to delete the game. This is ridiculous! I feel like I threw away 50.!! Please help, I really loved this gamed!!!
