Customer Support Ruined My Game and Will Not Resolve

I have never had a customer support experience as awful as in this game. I had an issue with many of my characters and Customer Support told me the only way to fix it would be for me to delete them and then they would restore the ones I deleted.

This was 3 days ago! I have sent follow up emails asking for the status and I have not even gotten a single reply.

Counting I had to delete some of my best characters I basically cannot play the game. How can a Support Agent ask someone to take steps as drastic as deleting characters and then not keep tabs on that request to make sure it gets solved right away? I just cannot fathom that as a company this is how you treat your customers and you find this acceptable.

    Was the problem the progress bar for leveling your characters?

    At this point, I'd recommend PMing David [Hi-Fi] Moore, D3PCS, and possibly IceIX and seeing if someone can intervene.

    Yes, it was. I am just more frustrated that they told me to delete my characters and then went silent.
