Team working for alliance slots

As for today, all members benefit from the alliance rewards, but only the commander can buy slots with hp. In addition, the last slots become quite expensive for only one member to purchase.
What I propose, is that every member can donate hp to the "alliance’s ark" and with that hp pool the alliance can buy slots. This way, instead of only one member being the one spending 1000+ hp in one shot, the whole alliance can cooperate to make the alliance grow.

What are your thoughts about this?

    It's an excellent idea!
    At least, it could include the Alliance's Commanders. This way they could buy a new slot together and it would incentivate the creation of new Alliance's Commanders and a more estable Alliance group.

    I've often wondered why Alliances couldn't donate to the cost of opening a new slot (Or Hell, why an incoming teammate couldn't buy their own slot). I hate to be the one who cries "money grab" but that's likely the only culprit I can think of.
