Not earning team ups

For the past few days I have not earned any team-ups when winning either pve or pvp matches.
Is this a new "feature" or a bug?

    They've changed it so that instead of getting team-ups 100% of the time, you get team-ups sometimes, boosts sometimes, nothing sometimes. This is better for some people, but worse for people who use team-ups a lot.

    YES, they changed it so much that Team Up AP is usually useless again. Way to go.

    My recommendation is to ask your alliance for team-ups. In particular, low-level characters with still-useful support abilities are easy to give up for a while.
