Lost data

Just sent a ticket but thought I'd ask here too.

I've lost several hours of data.
In those hours I bought HP, recruited some heroes with that HP, gained ISO leveled heroes etc. And made progression in both the current versus and the venom heroic
My score in the global leaderboards is correct but my progression list has been bumped back to where I was before..

It also says I haven't played the last mission in the venom heroic but when I click on it, it says xxx amount of time until full points?!

Has anyone had this problem before? Did you get all your stuff back?
