Weekly Schedule

This might belong in Suggestions and Feedback, but starting it here and we'll see what happens.

The Anniversary 'schedule' highlighted something that I didn't really think about, but now it seems obvious. Why are we still guessing what's going to happen? There should be a weekly schedule of events posted somewhere, presumably the forum but maybe eventually in game.

This can't be such a fly by night thing that even the Devs are guessing which event will come next. This would help with planning resources (oh, I can shield hop a little more because there are several subs in the next event awarding HP) and overall make it feel like communication is improving.

As others said, in the case of this week, knowing would be better than not knowing. There'd still be complaining, because what's a forum good for if not venting to others that might understand your plight instead of a spouse staring blankly. But at least we'd know ahead of time there's some complaining to do.

Totally agree with this. The News scroll use to serve this function, but it's gone now. For PvP we have preview events, that are 80% predictable by the rewards they offer. I would love some kind of upcoming events schedule somewhere in the app.

The easiest way to do this, to me, would be to take a couple of steps to provide the information through the event previews that exist now. 12 hours before the start of an event, the preview event shows up. Make that preview clickable so you can see the rewards for it before the event starts. That takes care of your PvP schedule since the rewards determine the next PvP most of the time. Add a preview event to PvE, but instead of 12 hours before it's 2 days before. Since PvE tends to be 5 days long that's your weeks schedule for PvE, if they are less than 5 days then the next preview will be up shortly. Make these clickable to see rewards as well.

If you don't want to do all that, then at least bring the newsbox back with upcoming events on it. Or do you really not know what's going to run after Venom and just throw something up after it's over?

I remember they used to announce events sometime before they are on via in-game pop-ups. They don't even do that anymore.

Because the schedule is pretty fluid and probably changes often. Not to mention, we pretty much know the when's, just not the specific what. So we know the schedule. You want an itinerary.

Pvp's and LR's are the same time each week. Usually pve's start at the same time as well.

This would ruin the surprise that they have prepared for us at the end of the Anniversary. You know that big surprise since it is a party?

Apart from the jokes, sometimes it is nice to find out things when they come out. Since it is an anniversary, I am a bit disappointed that the element of surprise is completely taken away. I would have loved to discover Trex was a reward upon opening the first PVP. It would give me so much joy and I wouldn't be focused on finding out details that did not go as planned (Non anniversary token rewards).

Seriously after a whole year they can not find a suitable way to cater to different time zones? Every Deadpool sub, 2 PvPs and the Venom Heroic all am end times is not much fun.

I've heard they made the lightning rounds this week 24 hrs, so that's at least some sort of concession.
