Please move the comment box when rating a post

Dev's, When I give some one a positive rating on a post I currently have to scroll to the bottom of the page in order to finish the rating and place a comment if I so desire. Please make the comment box pop up right below the Thumbs up or Down. It would make placing comments easier as well as making sure people get the reputation they deserve.

    This only happens on my PC. When I am on my IPad it pops up under the thumb

    Works as intended on Firefox for me.

    Interestingly, I tried it out on Android Chrome and it does the thing you've described. On Windows Chrome it works correctly. What PC browser are you seeing the problem in?
