Possible to remove powers from a hero?

We'll I levelled my Thor to 3/3/5 before I realized this was a terrible way to play and there was a limit to powers and I couldn't go with all 5s. Is there any way to drop the green to 3 or should I sell him and start over?

    Not currently or in the immediate future, no. It's possible it will be implemented in some form at a later time.

    Yeah so that's like a respec thread made every other day just in general discussion. It's probably just as high in suggestions. Just sayin, seems like it should move up the priority lost a bit.
