Alliance Search - Description

When searching for an alliance it would be a good thing if there was a description available, editable only by a commander, that defines the alliance ethos. I hesitate to call it a mission statement, but that's pretty much what it would be.

People join Roaches then leave because we're too casual and don't grind out points.

People join Roaches then are kicked because they disappear for 10 days with no explanation (the only reason for kicking (other than moral turpitude)).

If there was a description that would give those searching for an alliance a better idea of what they are getting into. If you could do a keyword search on the description that would be even better.

I really like the idea in general, since people who are using the functionality productively would benefit a lot from being able to post a mission statement. But, it'd be terribly easy to abuse.
