What are the 1 Stars and 2 Stars that everyone needs

I collect every 3 Star for PvP purposes, but what are the 1 Star and 2 Star characters I need to keep on my roster.

I currently have a maxed MS and Juggs and a Maxed Ares and OBW. I also have a maxed unleveled Johnny Storm, but I'm not sure if I want to commit iso to him.

Modern Storm & Juggernaut should be sufficient for Balance of Power and Combined Arms. 1 stars rarely come in handy for PVE except maybe Heroic events if your 2/3star roster is lacking.

as for 2 Stars, Wolverine Thor & Storm tend to get boosted in PVE often but you may not need them outside of Heroics if your 3 star roster is well covered and levelled.

OBW, obvs. I would shy away from 2* that have a lazy 3* if you are managing roster space (Thor, Daken, Torch, etc)... seems like it would be a waste. Hawkeye's speed shot is actually pretty ridiculous, imo.

I'd keep all heroes for heroic pve, yes, even bagman. If you keep mbw, I'd suggest 2/5 build.

Is also keep Ares, Juggs, Daken. I would say venom as well, but not as high a priority.

Personally, I kept them all but Yelena. However, Yelena and bullseye will probably not be useful any time soon. Moonstone is limited in use, but I could see some players making an argument for her as well.

Assuming you want to be very flexible in both PVP and PVE, keep the following:

: Juggs, IM35, 2/5 MBW for Heroics and mixed-star PVPs (BoP & CA).
: Ares, OBW, CStorm (for PVE in general), Thor (required/buffed fairly regularly in PVEs), AWolv (same as Thor).

It is rockin'. Combined with an intimidation team-up and some strike tiles, and you have world rupture junior.

Nobody mentioning mags?
He works well with OBW on goonnodes and cstorm on anything where her blue can oneshot the opposing team.
Basically he works with any team where your top priority is blue.

/edit: needless to say how much he can get out of hawkeye

Sadly, I'd no longer recommend Storm. a 5-blue-covered MBW is where it is at now (in addition to usual suspects Juggs and Venom.)
