Why are my HP so low?

I'm playing in the Widowmaker tournament and I keep coming across competitors' characters who are at the same or lower level than me, but their HP are much higher. For example, right now it is showing me an opponent with a Level 40 Modern Black Widow with 3080 HP. My Modern BW is level 40 but her HP is only 1540.

How is that possible?

    Should be higher once you actually get into a match. You are seeing the boosted health value (widow health/damage/etc increased by 100% for this tournament on one but not the other.
