Take a screenshot of any purple skill character.
Open your favorite image editor.
Use the eyedropper tool to identify the color on the tile.
Use it again on the Iso-8 crystal.
Compare.

They're the same!

I've gotten so use to calling them purple that when I see pink in the wild I refer to it as purple sometimes now. Thanks for destroying my ability to articulate colors MPQ.

My life is pink and purple. My company website is pink and purple. My fingernails are usually pink or purple. I know pink and purple.

That said, I understand the confusion. My hair dye box says it is purple. For a brief period of time after a touch-up, it is purple (when in sunlight). After that and under fluorescent lights, it is definitely pink. I never have to use ID because everyone remembers me. I'm pretty sure I'm the only adult in Orange County, CA with pink hair. Old ladies flock to me in stores and say things like, "My husband would never let me do that." We smile and nod and inwardly shudder

On my Nook tablet and my phone, it is pink. Definitely pink.

It's also a very pretty pink. That is so much more important than you would think.

It is purple and white, you may say the middle portion looks pink but it is just a light purple, not a light red!

For me, on my phone and tablet, they are purple. Yet on my wifes tablet, they are pink. I guess different devices and different types of screens will show different colors. All the tile colors are different shade on her screen. Except black. I can hold my tab and hers next each other and you can clearly see the color is off on her tablet.

Part of this is caused by the Munker-White Illusion. Dark backgrounds and light backgrounds will change color perception.
