Tournament Reward Ranks?

So, I've been participating in the No-Man's Land Tournament with my fearless team of BW, Classic Storm, and Yelena. I have enough pushing power to grab the top 100 rewards, or if I'm extremely lucky, top 50. But I find OBW to be one of my most useless characters at the moment. I'd actually rather get the Standard Recruit Tokens x3 for placing top 250. This leads us to my question- if I get the OBW rewards, will I also get the rewards below it, i.e. the Recruit Tokens? Or should I tank down to get them?
Or, alternately, is OBW actually better than I think, and I should go for her even if I don't get Recruit Tokens out of the deal?
