Here are just a few possible powers that could work in a variety of ways for all sorts of Marvel characters. I'm sure much balancing would be needed...some may be way OP, but hopefully people like them.

    My main question is how would most of these abilities upgrade, a lot of them don't have any variables that can be up graded.

    Most of these powers are very meta-focused - AP manipulation all over the place, but not much flavor. I think the better approach is to look at a character concept and think about what you can do in the game to match their powers and character type in the comics.
