Kicking Commanders who become inactive

Options
There needs to be a way to kick a Commander out of an alliance if they become inactive and drag down the entire team.

Leave a message for the customer service, they will remove commander status.

You need to have the person that created the alliance contact CS and ask them to remove the commander status of the specific user. Then any commander can kick them.
  • They responded back that they won't demote unless someone goes completely off the grid for two weeks. This leech is checking in daily and fighting a single battle to get his daily rewards and that's it. And we're stuck with him. Considering how much it costs to buy a 20 person alliance, they should have better customer service. We're not asking them to delete his account, just demote him.

The problem is if the commander bought slots with HP then he/she has some degree of "ownership" of the alliance. If the player was just made a commander, you have a stronger argument. Either way, this is another example of why we have to be careful who we make and/or let be commanders. When it comes down to it, alliances are not democracies, they are run at the whim of the commander(s). The advantage is you have a 20 slot alliance, the price of it is your stuck with a an inactive investor.
