In my Roster, I have 2 Wolverine (X-men), one a 355 and the other a 553. Their levels are 85 and 10.

I also have two builds for Modern Storm, with levels 50 and 1.

If respec isn't coming around anytime soon, perhaps a level swap option between characters should be allowed.

    If that was the case then you could swap the levels then when one runs out of health swap level full health 85

    No thanks. That would be completely useless for difficult to get characters. The ability to respec would be a kabillion times cleaner and more useful.
