Boosts disappeared / negative number of boosts

My stock pile of all ap boosts has vanished as have my 20% damage boosts. My green / black and yellow red boosts are showing as -14 and -16 respectively. Has anyone else had this problem? I have done a ticket. Not very convenient 6 hours before the end of a crucial pvp and being after midnight where I am ...

Edit - my plus 25% critical boosts have also gone - I had 30, applied 5 in one fight and after the fight all 30 had gone

Its a bug due to the new patch. For me its adding me the 3+black/green, atm i have 50 of those
