Things I have learned since day 1

I have learned the following:

1. Playing the game hardcore in one sitting (I.e. attacking as many as possible in PvP, grinding out repeatables in PvE, etc.) sets you further behind.

2. Playing casually usually rewards you higher in events.

3. Characters with cheap abilities are the go to characters 99% of the time.

4. Pick and choose your battles carefully, or they will come back and bite you in the @$$.

5. This is not a pay to win game. It is more a pay to gain a slight edge, or pay to achieve something sooner.

What about you guys? Think of anything?

Disclaimer: these are my OPINIONS and what I feel I have seen up to this point. YMMV.

  • Number 1/2 are wrong.

@1 playing hardcore at the end of PvP events is the BEST way to score well. Same with pve. It's about being smart and picking your times

@2 casually, truly casually, will net you a bad score.

I agree with the other 3.

Agreed. PvP, playing a lot in one stretch is the only way to get the good progression rewards (which is like half of PvP).

And, yeah, you have to play something like 2-3 hours a day to be truly optimal, which is out of casual range.
