Why S.H.I.E.L.D. lieutenant looks worse then H.A.M.M.E.R. lieutenant?

But bad guys are always worse shots than good guys, thats also the law... yet the HAMMER guys have the same accuracy as the SHIELD guys. Hmmm...

The SHIELD lieutenant looks like Lee Marvin from ye olden films:

Actually, from the head-on shot he looks distinctly Asian to me, probably Chinese or Chinese-American.

I do find it amusing that the SHEILD goons are much more racially diverse than the HAMMER goons.

I mean the face. Most H.A.M.M.E.R. agents look bad, and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents look good, except lieutenant.

To me, he looks pleasantly stoic, while the HAMMER version has a kind of nasty frown. All the SHIELD characters look friendlier than their HAMMER equivalents, really.

What do you mean he looks bad? By art standards? Or if he is handsome or not? To me he just looks like a middle-aged military guy.
