Sending Iso to freinds.

I got my girlfriend to play the game. So win. I am trying to send her ISO and its been a pain. She has an apple phone and we cant seem to figure out the correct facebook settings or game settings to allow her to get my gifts of ISO and other stuff I might send to her. On facebook on the computer app (not mobile app which she prefers) she does get a notification, and she clicks on accept and it just sends her the app stores to download the game which she already has. What can we do?

    I'm not entirely sure how this works, but if you don't get a reply soon, I would try two things;

    Post this in the "Bugs and Technical Issues" sections - even though it's technically not a bug or anything, you're still asking for help and that's probably the best place to get it.

    Contact Customer Support, if all else fails.

    What are you playing on? Android/iPhone or Steam?
    Has she connected her MPQ to Facebook? For example, can she send you gifts? (Click on the cogs on the title page and connect to FB)
    When you say she prefers "Facebook on the Computer App" is she accessing FB from a device other than the phone she plays MPQ on?

    At a guess, her MPQ hasn't been sync'ed to FB, and she's using FB on a device that isn't her phone, which is why it's prompting for the download. Get her to send you a gift (which requires her MPQ being FB-connected) and you should be sorted
