PVE idea

first of all, i think you guys did a very good job. if i am in you guys position, i cannot do any better than you guys.
recently, i see a lot of EU players don't like pve ending time. some players don;t like the rubberbanding and scale thing.
i have an idea, i donno if this is a bad idea or good idea, therefore please help me to take a look. thank you.
PVE idea: a) we don't need to have player ranking, because i think this is PVE not PVP. i think it will helped a lot of EU players, because they won;t complain about end time. you might have some question, how do we set reward to players? how do we sell more health pack? i will explain it
b) 2~3 mini boss and 1 main boss: each mini boss and 1 main boss has tons tons of hp, let's say mini boss 10,000,000hp, main boss 100,000,000hp (just example) so when an alliance defeat a first mini boss, all members will get a reward card. then pop 2nd mini boss. after win all mini boss, then main boss will pop. how do players win mini boss or main boss? they have tons of hp.. yes, all players will "100%" die in boss fight, but boss's hp will not recover. .
for example: a mini boss: 10,000,000hp, i enter fight him, let's say take down his hp 20k. then all my team die. and my alliance (19 members) take down boss' total 300k hp, the boss will have 10,000k - 20k - 300k = 9680k hp left, so.. it is depends on your alliance. if you want win all boss (win all cards) , someone might need buy some health pack, because your hero will 100% die in boss fight. it is about alliance's team work. you don't need worry about grin every 2.5 hrs or last 1 hr.
of course, this idea is not perfect,there are a lot of stuff i didn't think about it. Therefore i need D3 help to review this idea. see if this alliance boss fight idea will work or not.
