I voted for balance of power, it was a blast! I have most heroes max-covered, but few of them levelled and being able to play with lots of new combinations was a treat.

Balance of Power was my vote as well. Combined Arms would be my 2nd. However, i have not been playing long enough to have played some of the earlier ones. And 2 of them i havent played in so long, i cant remember the specifics. But i still say BoP. Hands down my favorite.

Some had very restricted rosters
No Man's Land -- Only female characters
Bad is Good -- Dark Avengers only.
Back to Basics -- 1* only
Divine Champions -- Divine characters only
Nefarious Foes -- Villains only
Fearless Defenders -- Heros only

Some buffed a few characters
Reinforcements -- OBW, 2* Cap, Hawkeye, IM40, Moonstone buffed. (The new characters of the time)
Top Shot -- Buffed Hawkeye and Bullseye
Earth's Mightiest -- Avengers buffed
Children of the Atom -- X-men buffed

Others were more open.
Balance of Power -- All characters at same level
Combined Arms -- Use a 1, 2, and 3 star character. 1 and 2 buffed
No Holds Barred -- Use any character, no buffs

There are plenty of suggestions for tournaments in the Suggestions area.

A better survey would collect decent Tournament ideas and let people vote on those, rather than only offering reruns.
