Whales and Cheaters, who can tell anylonger....

Just an observation, but it is getting harder and harder to tell the cheaters from the whales.

For instance I happened to look at the rouster of one of the people that keeps on leepfrogging me in the Earths Mightest, and he has 2 fully covered and leveled Furies. As well as a number of duplicate fully leveled 3 stars.

I doubt he could have saved up the iso and HP to do this without either spending boatloads of cash, or cheating.

I initally though he had cheeted because I looked at some one eles rouster thinking it was him.

Early on it was easy to tell, but now.... who knows.

Sounds like an easy call to me....

It's easy enough for the devs to check anyway - no record of any ISO/HP purchase and it's sandbox time.

And two maxed Furies is a bit fishy. That's serious financial commitment right there.

I know your post was rhetorical, but from what I've seen in other threads cheaters tend to have characters with levels that are impossible, like a 2* that is level 8, or a 3* that is level 18, or something like that. Or at least the obvious cheaters do.

At this point 2 fully leveled Furies is definitely possible, since anyone who got out ahead way early would be able to consistently smash events and win top covers. A boatload of cash wouldn't hurt, either. icon_e_smile.gif

The most obvious cheater I've ever seen has to be that guy who had the level 400 Juggernaut, Hawkeye, and Modern Black Widow.

Two fully covered, fully leveled 4*s wouldn't be too expensive considering what some spend on the game. If I had been more selective in my hp spending i could have done it. The iso is the real barrier, but not too difficult to overcome with a few weeks of LRs and high placements in events.

Having those levels does not necessarily mean the person's cheating. Before the level shift those were the levels you started your 2* and 3**s with (I believe it was 8 for 2* and 15 for 3*). So someone who stopped playing before the level shift and just recently came back will have characters in that range for a while. I think for me it was 1 or 2 updates before the system caught on and bumped all of them up correctly.

It was actually super annoying. When I tried to level them, they were either displayed as 0/0 iso and the level up button didn't work. Or they were displayed as -XX/0, but still detracted from my iso. However the negative value ramped very fast, and started costing like 1-2000 iso to go from level 20 to 21. The only way around it was to click the max out button, but that wasn't realistic for the ones I had a bunch of covers for.
