New members waiting for moderator approval

Hi all,

I started a chat thread for our alliance in the alliance sub group and many members are having their posts held up by moderation. I assume this is a new measure to stop spam bots? Any idea how long this process takes? Is it a once only thing per user or do you have to reach a certain post threshold before that goes away?

I tried posting a few times and didn't realize that I needed approval. Now those posts no longer apply. Is there anyway to delete or negate the posts pre-approval?
