all data lost

i have a steam account, and when i log i start with the tutorial .... all characters lost
i have unistall and install the game nothing
i contact the customers service there are 3 days ..... nothing ... no answer

what can i do more ?

    Unfortunately, it's all in Customer Service's hands. If it's been three days, I would send them a remainder e-mail, readdressing the issue and including your Player ID.

    i have do it and they have restore an account but not my account .....

    Let them know about the mistake asap. Hopefully they get things sorted out soon.

    i have immediately responded to the mail closing ticket to reopen it .
    I gave the old account that should have been restored and my new after restoration.

    and i finish today a voodoo puppet just in case icon_twisted.gif

    If i count well may be i can hope an answer tonight and have my account tomorow night ....
    May be, this time they are going to do an another mistake and restore an xmen's account on mine ..... so good icon_e_wink.gif
    Finally in all case, it would be nice if at least they restore with success my account after 6 or 7 days
