And by team efforts, transitioning to 3* or directly to 4*.
Target is pretty casual top 100 on PVE and PVP. And will not aim to become hardcore top ally, casual-fun is enough.

One day,if members already feel strong and have desire to join more competitive ally, then they are free to join major allies replacing the burntouts or underperformers.
