Tile damage / Ability color mismatches

With most characters, the order of their abilities matches up with their strongest/stronger/strong tile damages. Unfortunately, R59 and R60 has introduced a lot of sloppiness into this. The change to BWGS still hasn't been officially mentioned.

Beast, BWGS, Captain Marvel, Daken, Deadpool, Doctor Doom, Loki, Magneto, Spiderman, and Hawkeye all have tile / power disparities now.

The Devs should either sort the powers to match the tile rankings, or set the tile damages to match the power orderings. Several characters have powers based on "opponents strongest power", but it's based on tile damages, and it's only mentioned in the forum. Resorting / Cleaning this up would simplify things.

Here are the 3* and 2* as best as I know. I don't know Daken 2*'s max hit points yet. If you see any errors I've made, let me know, and I will fix them promptly.
