I just checked my account. I'm losing points fast, even though me and the opponent have the same score, but it's like I'm being attacked by someone who is 400 points below me. The scoring system isn't working right.

That was grade A refined kitty litter. I was managing to be able to hit other people for 20-ish as often I was getting hit for 25-30, and then the very last minute, I was hit for more than a hundred, going from a good 50 point lead on #6 to probably under 15

I'm one of the people who hit dugn at the end and his team was represented correctly. I was stuck in a weird loop where I could only fight the same few people. It was extremely aggravating as others have noted already.

Well thats good at least I didn't have a bag-man out there.

You know, I was thinking earlier about this, and I think adding a small decay to the rating might be a great idea. My thinking is if you don't attack anyone for some period of time, it would start to slowly decrease your rating. This would keep people om getting stuck like that.

I went to sleep in 1st, woke up in the 100's and tonight, every time I was around 400, a few people would hit me and I'd be back under three. In the last few minutes, 4 people hit me and knocked me into the 190's. Something's definitely different/off.

The whole "dropping your scores because some random idiot attacked you due to a match you have absolutely no control of and is absolutely no way your fault at all" business is just completely ****.

Players should be rewarded when they win, but they shouldn't be penalized because they got picked on as easy targets.

That being said, you got a 115 Rag and people still target you? 0_o

everybody in our matchmaking hell zone has 115 rags and 141 spidey. It's like lions killing each other while the hyenas run the savannah.

What you are saying is not that you want to play well, but you want to just plow through all the lower level battles. Beating on level 50 teams with maxed out 3 stars is not a challenge or playing well, it's a massacre.

It's always the extremes with you huh. No, that's not what i want. But it's silly all the guys with the 115/141/141 teams are stuck fighting each other while the kitties rule the jungle

I've been in dugan's MMR range multiple times these past week and a half or so, and I only was able to boost my 1 cover to a mere lvl 100 on the back of getting all the 500 iso rewards from this event. All my other kitties are like 50

Let's be fair. Are you saying that if you see a cupcake match worth a bunch of points that you would skip it? The game rewards quickly dispatching enemies, and dispatching enemies that are less powerful than you is quicker.

You can argue that it shouldn't be that way, and I'd love to have that conversation, but that's the way it currently is. That isn't up for debate. When the matchmaking offers you a range of choices, any sensible person is going to choose the person with the most points. Likewise, if two opponents are of similar value, but one is easier, we are going to pick that one, not only because they will be killed more quickly, but because the chance of the retaliating is smaller. Until the reward/retaliation system is changed, criticizing someone for picking on weaker opponents is just silly. That's what the game rewards players for doing.

This is exactly the problem. Anyone in the high brackets are points limited because of the constant point loss meanwhile people in lower brackets can coast ahead of them.

Perhaps a modification could be made to how tourney brackets are determined to ensure that people in low match making brackets don't get put into the same tournament bracket as the higher ranked teams as this will result in them easily getting to the top due to the difference in level of competition.

It really is beyond silly that the top teams have to constantly attack each other, dragging one another down while someone in a lower bracket gets to the top unopposed. Especially if that someone tanked their rating to get there but given the way things work, it's hardly surprising that people tank to get anywhere.

Noticed the same thing. I got bumped all the way to top 75. Throwaway Wolverine covers. That's like 20 Wolverine covers I've throw out since this Hulk event started. Some fishy stuff happens with the points during the last hour.
