Shielding in PVP

Hey guys what are your shield techniques in PVP?
This is mine
1st shield-850
2nd shield-950 (3 battles)
3rd shield-1050 (3 battles)
4th shield-1150 (3 battles)
5th shield-1250 (3 battles)
6th shield-1300 (1-2 battles)
The reason I use a lot of shield is because I use a lvl 150 sentry and Lvl 94 black widow for breaking since they are my highest level heroes (always successful)
What about you guys?

You could reduce the number of shield used by spending ISO instead. While shielded, skip as much as you can to find 2 x 40+points games (Thanks X-Men 1-5!). If nothing > 40pts pops up, wait 15-20 mins and try again. If you are feeling adventurous, go for 3 games. Although with Captain Marvel slowing down World Rupture considerably, I wouldn't recommend going for 3 games.
