Bug in 3-star tournament

I was just attacked by Much0angry and his team consists of ** 85 Thor, ** 43 Wolverine and * 50 Storm. How is this possible? Has anyone else run into this issue? I've already sent an email about this.

    They have seeding teams for when you either don't have enough opponents to play against, or they need to redo your MMR seed. They sometimes fall outside the realm of the current tournament.

    Seed teams never attack though. And their points never change from 25/whatever
