Some positive thoughts on Hulk tourney.

Ok. Was getting kind of nervous looking at some of the fights with Hulk, in particular the 163 level one, but with the buffed spidey, wolverine and IM40 I hardly lost any health.

Although Wolvie seem pretty useless I think he did take a couple shots for the team, Spidey was the star with his stunning performance.

FYI IM40 is 89, spidey 51.

Just trying to encourage some of you who, like myself, who are as far along.

wolvie useless? I have aa 141 spidey and 115 mags, while my lvl 33 wolvie is the mvp

Wolverine is great. Get enough strike tiles on the board and every tile match is hitting for 1000+ damage.

Though Spidey is great too. You're right that his stun can get you through some tough battles.

Wow. I didn't that about the strike tiles. I knew he put them on the board but didn't realize they were that powerful. Thanks bud.

Also forgot to mention luck definately plays a huge part. Just played the same fight and got my hiney kicked. Lol.

Wolverine is a beast. He's tanking everything for my team and healing it all up, so I only really use Spidey stuns if there's a threat that has to be contained.

Yeah, boosted wolvie is a champ. Tanks all the hits (except environoment and blues, which is kinda annoying)

I thought Wolverine just healed himself. Haven't noticed the other team members being healed.

Edited: We must be talking two different wolfies. I am talking about Astonishing (2star). I just did a battle and he didn't heal the others.

After this event I want to see Wolverine buffed in a PvP event just to see people start screaming for a nerf on him... just for the laughs.

Healing 600 hp/turn, putting down nearly 200 pt strike tiles, and slashing for 4k w/o any strike tiles? Yes plz.

I'm talking about how he takes all the damage and heals himself automatically. Yes, he only heals himself, though 340 heal on a turn at level 85 is enough to mitigate pretty much any regular matching damage put on him.

Mvp for has to be my Cap on yesterday's last mission versus Hulk, Venom and Yelena. Lost spidey taking down venom and yelena, then thor goes down with hulk at about half health. My level 40 cap managed to finish him off with copious amounts of stun tiles.

As someone wrote on the FB group, boosted 2* Wolvie should be what we get with 4* Wolvie. Lv 85 in the Hulk event is making mincemeat out of everything

Agreed, wolvie is so strong in the current campaign that you don't need any 3* characters at all. Once you charge up his green at. It's over for hulk.

Wolverine/Rag have amazing synergy. A couple of strike tiles and Rag hits for 1k+ for 2 ap.

Wolverine protects Red tiles from Rag making them more likely to match after a cascade and Rag generates green for Wolverine.

My wolverine went from Lv 20 to 50 so far and I'm thinking of actually getting him to 85 to replace my Lv 80 5/3/5 g widow on my regular team.
