starting from scratch

I've recently had to start the game again from the begining ( lost game data and didn't back it up) and I was wondering if any of you guys had any usefull tips concerning character building, team selection use of HP /ISO, tourneys. I haven't even started second set of missions. If it helps I did manage to pull magneto 3* from my first heroic pack icon_e_biggrin.gif
