Triple Deadpool Heal Glitch

When I fought the triple Deadpool node, one of them used the black ability and 2 black CDs were created. I read the description, and it should have only made one. I am not sure if the third DP involved healed or if the 2 CDs were on the same DP, as the third one had full health.

Can anyone else corroborate this?

Also, I know it is for only 2 days, but if a permanent change in the code could be made, there might be similar issues in the future?
