No TU dropped even though I had a slot open

I couldn't say if I had any open slots when I started the match, but I used a TU during the match. As a result, I should have at least had one open slot. However, when I finished the match, I received the "you would have received a TU, but you had no open blah blah blah" message. ****?

    Never mind. I didn't know that TU sent by alliance members could put you over 20. No bug, just a "feature."
