Help from Alliance leaders pls

Hi Guys

I have no idea how to recruit a specific person, it seems the options are very limited in:

Make alliance public/ private

search alliances

is there some way to send an invite or receive an invite, the only way we figured it out so far was agree on a time and make the alliance public for a short time so the person can jump in. But being Australian most players are on when I'm at work or asleep. Is there a better way? Also do you all use like teamspeak or Facebook pages or something the UI seems ridiculously un-user friendly. Especially with a screen full of Team up help requests.

    If your alliance is private, they can only apply if your alliance is not full. After that, they will show up underneath your Alliance roster with the option to accept or deny them.

    The option to recruit specific players is not currently available in the game.

    thanks, do you have the option to look through their roster? At least form some idea of how serious they are?

    Yea, it's the same as clicking on their name as if they were in your alliance.
