    Shielded at 11. If I'm in striking distance of the top 10 on the last 30 min I may give it a shot, but it's not likely.

    Thanks to the big scorers who enabled me to go from 1049 to 1307 in two hops with three fights each.

    This is priceless. Imagine the guy seeing a 50 point target with a lvl 6 Widow and he manages to botch the fight icon_lol.gif

    This event was a lot more Cutthroat than the previous ones. I actually had to break shield at 740 just to stay in Top25. Lots of sick people needing the good Doctor.

    It may not have been botched

    I personally lost 7 different fights this morning. That used to be a bad week. I know, confirmation bias and all, but cascades were ridiculous and timely. I get my bomb loaded up, they make a match 3 that cascades into another, then eventually a match5, so they can reload and drop bombs on me first. Between that and the constant Unibeam teamups (nothing like 2500 damage out of nowhere), I was frustrated today. Barely playing over the last 4 days was a helluva a lot more peaceful and enjoyable than this.

    thanks to all the shield bashing, my tanking for next event is already done! seeing level 25's on non seed nodes....i had to skip a couple times cause i thought they were seed nodes

    Once again, I rode the def win train to pound town.

    Went to bed at 1am with 632 (lv114 shulk, 130 sentry, 100 hood), woke up at 8:35 with 575. Hopped into ssim to tank for 30 minutes, then shielded at 747.

    Aside from the last minute 31 point match to get me to 978 and back into 5th place, every point from 435 to 947 was from def wins. Pretty damn good for only 1 shield! =D

    I enjoyed a tourney pretty more quiet than usual.
    A bit of luck is still nice.

    I stayed unshielded around 600 during a day thanks to def wins that balanced losses.
    I climbed without (bad) surprises in the last hour, missing the 800 mark but reaching top10.
    I was only interested in blue cover but joining a bracket where the top10 isn't above 1000, it's priceless icon_lol.gif

    Interesting is right. I went to bed last night, unshielded, at 847. I was hit 3 times overnight. For a total of -4.
    Made it up to 1k, shielded for a half hour while I had breakfast, made it to 1180 in about 4-5 fights (with a horrible wipe, a shameful purchase of 2 health packs), shielded back up. Came home on my lunch break and played 4 fights to get to 1328 and shielded out. I had to do 4 since the first three got me to 1297.

    Came back to having been hopped for 1st by 10 points, but that's totally fine. This was a Fury win, don't really care about the XF prize, even though he might be good soon.

    Nice to see Fury start showing up in the regular rotation, I'm just hoping it's not a fixed 3 part rotation that puts his 1300 cover on the one that always ends Wednesdays.
